Project Story

Defining the Goals

This new European B2B experience needed a fresh design and creative thinking. MOSCOT wanted to simplify bulk buying of frames for their European stockists while also communicating with retailers about products, promotions, and brand messaging.

Gauge worked with MOSCOT to design and develop their new European B2B portal for stockists. The goal was to develop a sleek, responsive, and easy to use website that allowed stockists to place orders & re-orders for their best selling items. Gauge created custom functionalities that included a dynamic quick order grid, multi-language translation (Italian, English, French),  a comprehensive shopping experience for stockists to find new products, access to MOSCOT’s branding guidelines, and custom training videos.

Design Tailored for the Customer

“Italian retailers” or “”stockists”” make up a large part of the MOSCOT European B2B market, of which many primarily order primarily using their mobile phones. Our goal became to create a site that would be omnichannel, allowing buyers to operate on both mobile and larger devices. . This was especially important. Thus, the quick order grid became a central feature to give retailers the ability to search by name or SKU and quickly add the products to their cart.

MOSCOT also wanted to make it easier for retailers to access information about products, promotions, and brand messaging. To accomplish this, Gauge incorporated easy to use navigation for retailers to find the information they were looking for.

Key Results

We completed the site with a new sleek design for MOSCOT’s B2B European customers. The site is easy to use and provides an updatable system for the European stockists to get their goods. The stockists also have easy access to branding materials.
